Knowing yourself even better becomes a stable foundation for organizational impact on your path.

This program is for experienced leaders who want to work deliberately and systemically (systemic and systematic) on their development; beyond pure content delivery, performance coaching, or psychologizing.

This work is most valuable if you’ve faced failure, hit your limits, or come to see that leadership is about more than constant acceleration and performance.

Approximately 6–12 months, depending on availability, intensity, and integration.

Process:

  • At least one in-person meeting at the beginning (half day) and one at the end (half day).
  • Recommended: regular in-person sessions where meaningful and feasible.
  • Sessions at least every two weeks. Individual reflection, preparation, or follow-up work may be required.
  • Overall: tailored to your circumstances and my availability.
